Sean P. Wickens

Founding member, Sean P. Wickens, has been practicing law in Western Washington for over 21 years.  During that time he has developed a reputation as an aggressive, innovative and skilled attorney who cares deeply for his clients and works tirelessly to protect their rights and interests.

Growing up on a family owned ranch in the State of Montana Sean learned the value of hard work and commitment, and he brings this strong work ethic and sense of duty to every case that he handles and every client that he represents.  Through his hard work and commitment to the interests of his clients, Sean has repeatedly obtained exceptional results on behalf of those clients in both State and Federal Courts and helped create legal precedent which has shaped the past, present, and future of litigation in the State of Washington.  The positive rulings which Sean has obtained in his representation of clients before the Appeals Courts and Supreme Court of the State of Washington continue to affect all residents of the State of Washington to this day.

Where other attorneys have told clients that they cannot win, Sean has stood shoulder to shoulder with those same clients fighting to successfully protect their rights and interests and helping them find the path to a successful outcome for themselves, their families and their loved ones. His passion and determination in the representation of his clients has earned him the respect and appreciation of those within the legal community.

When he is not working to protect his clients' interests, Sean is a devoted father of three who spends endless hours coaching youth sports and who donates generously of his time, efforts, and talents to various programs benefitting children.
